Introduction


This was made during the alpha stage of the mod tools. Where we all started to experiment and learn how everything worked. I wanted to release a map for when the tools went live to the public.

And that’s how i began remaking the classic shipment map. I added a few extra containers hanging in the air from a big crane so there would be a little more verticality in the map.

The most difficult part was finding out how we had to implement all the different gamemodes, since there was no documentation on it. Later on i started experimenting with extracams, with this you could render a view onto a material.

That’s how the helicopter idea came to life, i had one flying around the map and showing the view on 2 big screens.
